Single-roll atmospheric liquid quenching device
A device that rapidly cools and solidifies samples at a cooling rate of 100,000 to 1,000,000 degrees Celsius per second.
The "Single Roll Type Atmosphere Liquid Rapid Cooling Device" is a device that uses an induction heating method powered by a high-frequency oscillator. The molten metal, melted by high-frequency induction, is sprayed onto a rotating roll under gas pressure, rapidly cooling and solidifying to produce ribbon-shaped samples of amorphous metal, metallic glass, and nanocrystals. 【Features】 ■ Samples are rapidly cooled and solidified at a cooling rate of 100,000 to 1,000,000 °C per second ■ Produces metal thin strips approximately 1 to 20 mm wide and about 40 μm thick (objective) ■ We accept tests using our in-house demo machine *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
